Making Moodle Behave

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What if online teachers could "wave a magic wand" and customize Moodle to make it work the way they would like? Current features in a suite of Moodle plug-ins called "MoodleFN" will be shared along with the latest "Mentor plug-in".
The process of identifying needs, creating "mock-ups", coding rounds, beta testing and final refinements will be described.
Discussion about collaboration and partnerships in refining plug-ins will be encouraged.

Delegates will come away with:
  • Knowledge of how MoodleFN plug-ins work, and with links to downloads.
  • A model for creating coding projects to customize Moodle.
  • Opportunity to connect with others interested in a K-12 voice for the Moodle community.
