As the number of online tools continues to grow, there are new ways for students and teachers to participate in classroom activities. Using a variety of technologies can enhance classroom presence and encourage the construction of a supportive learning environment. In this presentation, we will show some examples of applications that engage students and assist in the development of learning communities. Participants will be encouraged to explore a sample of tools and take away some ideas for future online activities.
